You can collect points in store using your Checkout Family Card or key fobs.
Just scan your card at the till, and our friendly staff will advise you if you have any points or offers to redeem. We should be able to scan your Checkout Family Card for this.
Please pop in store and speak to a member of our customer services team who will assist you. Please remember to add in your account number, full name and address in the email for our team to help you efficiently.
In store points for general shopping can be added up to 14 days after the date on the receipt. Simply present your receipt at the Customer Service Desk with your Checkout Family Card. If you forgot to use a voucher, provided you’ve met the criteria for the extra points, take the voucher and your receipt to the Customer Service Desk within 14 days from the date on the receipt and we’ll be happy to help.
Points collected can take up to 48 hours to appear on your account. You can also check your receipt for your points balance. If you’re shopping in a store for the first time, your balance won’t appear on any receipts until 24 hours after your first shop at that store. Points issued by our customer service team may take up to 72 hours to appear. Bonus Points – depending on the promotion, bonus points may take up to 28 days.

We do not stock any alcoholic spirits beers or wines at Checkout Superstore. However we do stock a range of non alcoholic beers.

Yes you do, if you are from a non-EU country. We can only consider applications from those with a full and valid permit to work in the country in which they are seeking employment.

No, we’re sorry, but we do not accept competitors’ coupons in our stores.
Yes, we are happy to accept these coupons as long as you’re purchasing the product (one voucher will be accepted per product), and the terms and conditions on the coupon are met. We do not accept damaged or copied coupons.
Yes, we are happy to accept internet coupons as long as the terms and conditions on the coupon have been met and the coupon has a barcode.
We accepts the below payment methods in our stores:
If your card is declined in store, for your security we don’t see the reason why this happens. So, you will need to get in touch with your bank/card issuer and they will provide more information.
If this happens at the checkout we can try the process again or we’ll ask if you have another way to pay.
Yes, we’re happy to accept these types of vouchers just as long as they have not expired and meet the other terms and conditions that apply.

We do everything we can to make sure that you should never be overcharged. So in the unlikely event that we charge you more than the price advertised on the shelf edge or on the product, please visit our store’s Customer Service Desk with your receipt. A member of our team will be more than happy to offer you a refund on the extra amount charged.
